Returns & Exchanges

At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and tags are included, and securely seal the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
